Commissar - finished!

After a long hiatus it's finally finished! Painting the flesh and especially the face was a chalenge as I had to be carefull not to get any paint on the adjacent areas but in the end it turned out ok I think. Eyes still give me a headache but I guess it's up to practice. I even tried using a magnifying lens but it didn't seem to make things easier in any way. I need all your last minute suggestions and ideas for touch-ups before varnishing so... have at it!

    Definitely an excellent paintjob on that Commissar! I would really like to see the coils in the Plasma Gun done up in a colour, rather than metal, but that's more personal preference. Great stuff!

    Thanks a lot Granesh! Actually many people suggested painting a glowing effect on the plasma pistol coils. The only reason I went for a simple metallic look is that I wanted to finish this mini soon and I wasn't sure if I could pull off the glowing effect correctly and without overpowering the rest of the mini.
